Visual exterior checks following significant weather, including readily visible areas around the roofline, gutters, yard and property perimeter.
Post-Storm Inspection
Away when a major storm hits? We can attend your property, check for obvious visible damage and send you a report and photos.
Visual Checks for Leaks, Pests and Other Issues
We look for obvious signs that something may require attention before a small issue becomes a bigger one.
Mail Collection and Bin Management
Mail collection and bin management can be arranged when required.
Trade Access and Key Holding

Your report records the areas checked during our visit and identifies whether:
